Masters in design and assembly of leaded, beveled,
stained, carved, and etched glass in all styles.
Our studio is located in the beautiful Cascade mountains
of Washington near the town of Leavenworth. We meet with the majority
of our clients in their homes, offices, or installation sites.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Near Leavenworth, WA - however we do most of our business in the
greater Seattle area, and we do artwork all over the world.
Q:Who makes these art pieces? Do you make custom pieces?
A: We do. Yes, we make everything custom.
Q: How long have you done this?
A: Since 1975, as Homestead Stained Glass, then Sundance Art Glass,
now Silvermoon Studio.
Q: What kinds of glasswork do you do?
A: Custom leaded, stained, beveled, etched, carved glass, water sculptures,
and glass sculptures.
Q: Do you supply the doors or window frames?
A: No, you or your builder can order doors and frames. We can usually
recommend a good company for this, and if possible you should order
your door without glass already in them.
Q: How do I decide what I want?
A: We can set a time for a consultation and figure out what best suits
your needs.
Q: What if I need privacy in an art piece?
A: No problem, there are many artistic ways to approach this.
Q: What are the costs?
A: Everything is custom, therefore cost is dependant on the size and
amount of detail or design in each piece.
Q: Do you etch shower doors?
A: Yes...you provide the door. For any thick glass carving there are
more involved ways.
Q: Do you make larger water features?
A: Yes. Built in features and self contained.
Q: Do you install?
A: Yes, we also crate and ship too!
Q: Should I put glass in front of an existing window or should I replace
my existing glass with a safety glass unit?
A: It depends on the frame, typically we replace windows with a sealed
insulated unit of tempered safety glass.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Depends on how many pieces , how large or small the piece is...and
how busy we are.
Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Not at this time. Just checks, cash, & money orders.
